Fiercely dedicated to eclectic food and music, The Bedford is an American gastropub in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The Space
The Bedford was inspired by the 1990s London gastropubs frequented by owner-musicians Daddo Bogich and Merle Chornuk. Our two rooms were carved out of a massive former garage. The front room embodies the shadowy lightness of a moonlit schoolhouse. The back room captures the dark brooding of the witching hour.
The Food
The Bedford, is excited to announce the appointment of Chef Jason Giordano to the position of Executive Chef. Giordano’s culinary talent has been showcased as the executive chef at Hotel Griffou, chef de cuisine at Mia Dona, and as sous chef at the Spice Market.
Chef Giordano will begin incrementally releasing his new menu items, pictures, and other menu information on The Bedford’s website.
The Music
Thursday to Sundays, come by after 9 to hear some of the city’s best DJs! DJ Gerald Hammill of Other Music has booked some of New York City’s best DJs, including DJ Paddy Boom (of Scissor Sisters), DJ Jaclyn (of NYC’s The Bangers), the famed Duane Harriott (Negroclash, Bim-Marx), and others.
